Routine Care & Maintenance
A beautiful pool starts with consistent, professional care. Our recurring maintenance programs keep your pool clean, balanced, and fully operational year round - so you can enjoy it without ever thinking about it. From weekly chemical service to seasonal storm preparation, we handle every detail so your pool is always ready when you are.
Weekly Water Chemistry & Balancing
Testing and adjusting chlorine, pH, alkalinity, calcium hardness, cyanuric acid, and salt levels (for saltwater systems) every visit. This is the foundation of a healthy pool — it protects the surface and equipment, keeps the water safe to swim in, and prevents the cloudy, green, or irritating water that comes from neglected chemistry.
Filter & Equipment Inspection
Every visit includes a check of the pump, filter pressure, heater, salt cell, and automation systems. Catching a rising filter pressure or a failing cell early saves customers from surprise equipment failures — and from the much bigger repair bills that come with them.
Salt Cell & Chlorinator Maintenance
For saltwater pools, regular inspection and cleaning of the salt cell to remove calcium buildup that reduces chlorine output. For traditional systems, monitoring chlorinators and tablet feeders. Keeps sanitation working at full efficiency and extends the life of expensive cell hardware.
Skimming, Brushing & Vacuuming
The hands-on cleaning that keeps the pool visually pristine: skimming leaves and debris from the surface, brushing walls and tile lines to prevent algae and buildup, and vacuuming the floor to remove settled dirt and sediment. In Southwest Florida, this matters especially during pollen season and after storms.
Basket & Skimmer Cleaning
Emptying the pump basket and skimmer baskets of leaves, bugs, and debris so water flows properly through your system. Clogged baskets are one of the most common causes of poor circulation, which leads to algae, cloudy water, and strain on the pump motor.
Detailed Service Reporting
After every visit, customers get a digital service report showing exactly what was done, current chemistry readings, and any issues flagged for attention. No guessing whether the tech showed up or what they did — full transparency, every week.
